Every order carries our 30-day money-back guarantee, in all four countries we ship to, with return shipping on us. Customers in the United Kingdom also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which runs alongside it. Either way, one email to [email protected] starts it.

You do not have to use the form below. Any clear statement of your decision is valid. It exists so that you never have to wonder what to write, and so that your declaration is dated the day you send it.

What happens next

We acknowledge your cancellation by email, without delay.
You send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, using the same payment method you used to order.

United States	Our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Canada	Our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Australia	Our 30-day money-back guarantee, alongside the consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, which are not affected by anything on this page.
